Buddy Training
Maybe you need a little extra push or the encouragement of a buddy that's striving toward the same or similar goals as yourself? There's nothing to be ashamed of here! It is human nature to be competitive, and this can work to both participants' advantage. Both individuals will recieve equal instruction over the course of an hour-long workout, and each will be challenged to their maximum potential. This is a great option for people who have delayed on getting started. This can also be done at a chosen neighborhood park or your local park. Prices are subject to modification with various locations.
